FIRST RUN!
Tuesday, June 29th will be the first official group run. Please meet in the fitness center at 5:30 pm and we can go from there. The first few run will be at your own pace and we will have the course mapped out for everyone before hand. After your return you may come back to the fitness center for some refreshments and stretching. Can't wait to see you all there!

CONGRATULATIONS ON JOINING THE RUN CLUB!
We are so excited to get things up and running and to provide you all with a place to share your ideas, thoughts, struggles and triumphs. Our Run Club will be a place where you can meet new people, make new friends, stay motivated with your exercise and training and learn new things from other runners. We hope to provide special events throughout the summer and specialty workshops to keep you all motivated and free from injury!
